This book was so helpful in obtaining a clear, easy to follow understanding of the entire mortgage process. You discover information that brokers or banks don't reveal to you which can save you thousands of dollars. It answers any question that you would have and more from budgeting through creating a roadmap for you as you venture down the mortgage path. I would recommend this book to beginners and people that have been through this before. There is never too much learning when it comes to the mortgage field.
