Title should read: "Very quick guide to stretches" This is a very small book. From the cover, you would think that there would be info on swim workouts designed for the pregnant woman. What I did like were the guides on BP. Not much content or actual exercises.
(Non-Fiction: Pregnancy) This book was also fairly redundant, but there are lots of pregnant exercises and post-pregnancy exercises that I'd like to try.
