All Around the Zodiac: Exploring Astrology's Twelve Signs

Rate this book
This book provides a revealing new look at the astrological signs, from Aries to Pisces. Gain a deeper understanding of how each sign motivates you to grow and evolve in consciousness. How does Aries work with Pisces? What does Gemini share in common with Scorpio? All Around the Zodiac is the only book on the market to explore these sign combinations to such a degree. Not a Sun-sign guide, but a thorough look at the twelve signs themselves, this book is broken into three parts. Part 1 defines the signs, part 2 analyzes the expression of sixty-six pairs of signs, and part 3 designates the expression of the planets and houses in the signs.

By far the best astrology book I've seen. It tells the zodiac "story", which really helped me understand what signs mean and why.

I realize this is very dorky, but I don't care.

This is a really amusing Zodiac book that tries to explain personality traits and behavior based on your astrological sign.
It was an easy book to read and very clean.
I can't say it was great or the best but it was pretty good and some of the parallels I could make with my own sign.

If you're into this kind of thing, or would like to be, this is a really good book. It's not confusing whatsoever like a lot of astrology books. Very useful, understandable, insightful, and very interesting to me. Good to keep on hand.

This is a good book to get into astrology, but it does lose the appeal after Part 1 of the book. Even though it is mainly a guide to astrology’s basics and how the zodiac functions, a bit more livelihood in the writing would have spiced up the content. Overall, not bad.

I thought I understood astrology and zodiacs but once I read this book it opened my eyes to a different perspective and understanding of how everything in the entire universe is connected and why! Loved this book and loved learning about the history of our stars!

Soooo general. A fairly brief sign-by-sign general analysis of each zodiac sign. I thought this was going to help me as I work to understand how to read a birth chart, but I've picked up non-descript-looking book from the Barnes and Noble bargain section with more in-depth info than this has. For someone who just wants the basics about each sign, it could be an ok reference, but there are many other books that do it better than this one. It's not that it's bad, it's just that there's nothing about it that sets it apart from other books attempting to tackle the same information.

I've read many books about Astrology before and while they were enlightening I can't say I actually learned a lot from them. Not enough to get a full grasp of the art, at any rate. This is the first one I've read that not only made the subject clear and simple, but also very entertaining and relatable .

This book has put me back on the path to learning more about Astrology. I may have better luck now tackling some of the drier, more complicated books that have left me confused in the past.

Guiding you through the story of how the 12 signs were born, Bil Tierny has delivered a great book to learn Astrology from scratches. Highly recommended.

(I translated this book into Vietnamese though)
