Never Say Never is the second book about friends in Harden Fields; it follows the book This Side of Forever and is Jonah Cutler’s story.

Ms. Mosley’s writing had me hooked from the first few pages. I loved her writing style and I loved the story itself. Jonah and Kasey have been friends forever and decide to take things a step beyond friends. But Kasey is used to playing games with guys and Jonah is aware of that. The majority of this book is the tension, anguish and games that Jonah and Kasey put each other through. They have both developed feelings for each other and want more from each but are afraid that being honest will push the other person away, so the games continue and so does their misery.

The tension between Jonah and Kasey drove me insane!!!! I mean that in a GOOD way. Like I couldn’t put his book down. I just wanted them to stop the insanity and just get together already!! These lines!! Oh my God I love them. After all the tension between these two, this is PERFECTION.

“Why are you so afraid of me?” I asked, swallowing against my
nerves.
He arched a brow, leaning in a bit closer. “I guess I should
ask you the same thing.”
I bit down nervously on my lip, then met his eyes gain. “Touche,
Cutler.”

Toward the end of the book we learn the reason why Kasey is the way she is and why she plays all these games. She turns out to be such a broken girl you can’t help but not feel sorry for her. And Jonah. Sigh. LOVE him. LOVE. Like BIG TIME. How could you not????

“Jonah- you’re treating me like I’m broken.”
I leaned in close to her. “Not broken,” I grazed her lips with
mine, “Delicate. Beautiful. Mine.” I brushed a few strands of
hair from her face, and dove in for another kiss.

Not to give it away but this book has it all; tension, it keeps you wanting to come back for more, romance, a HEA, amazing writing, great characters. How could you not love this:

It could have been seconds or minutes or hours that passed.
But in that moment, I was lost in his kiss. He left me
breathless, never wanting to come up for air…because Jonah
Cutler was my air, and I could finally breathe again. He was all
I could ever want. He was all that I ever needed.

Do yourself a BIG favor. Read this book. You will love it.

Never Say Never is another story in the lives of the friends of Harden Fields, the small town with lots of drama.

Faces that were introduced in This Side of Forever drop back in for their own share of tales to tell.

Never Say Never is Jonah Cutler's story...along with a special love interest. I know how much we all loved Jonah - the best friend/hottie/bearer of the most handsomely perfect soul ever...

In Never Say Never... Games are played and loves are lost. Hearts ache, long, and grow for the ones they love. And fears are faced, confronted, and comforted. With all of the drama that plays into their hands, will there be room for a happily ever after?

Love, Lies, Betrayal, and Redemption. Everything you'd want in the perfect read. Coming in November 2013.
