A good book regarding an essential element in all organizations: trust. This short book speaks of trust and how it is vital in healthcare leadership among all constituents. Relavent examples, although a bit outdated (written in the late 90s). I give it 4 stars. What could have made it better was using examples from various cultural and gender backgrounds. I didn't see an example from a woman in the text.
