From the first few pages of this book it pulls you in to wanting to know more. This book is full of romance, fantasy, and faith-based principles. I was able to visualize and relate to the feelings of the characters. The drama was quite intense and I found myself wanting to make decisions for Ari, (the main character), however, the author did well with character development and expressing the emotions of each narrator. I was pleased with the ending and very moved with this book Dream Weaver, as it told a great interpretation of being in relationship with our Maker, God, and had some other sweet relationships involved that I enjoyed diving into.
That was a beautiful book full of God's goodness, love, and grace. I really loved Ari and Dell's interactions at the start of the book, but I'm left with so many questions as to the ending. I was hoping for a lot more! What happens to Cy? How does Ari react to finding her father? What happens to the Queen of the Outcasts? It was such a good plot, but I felt like it ended midway through. I wish there was more to the story! I loved the author's writing and the idea around the Dream Maker.
I started it, and got about a third of the way through but just couldn’t finish it. I tried, as I met the author and she was so nice, but this is definitely a preteen book. And a definite love story: I was expecting more of a Fantasy, not teen romance.
