I did manage to get to 35% so I will rate it. I don’t have the slightest idea what the freaking hell is this, it’s just terrible. The writing, the grammar , the characters… It’s a short book about a guy (he’s the narrator of the book ) who has been in a relationship for the past 12 years but apparently he’s not happy so he proceeded to cheat on his bf but don’t worry, the bf deserves it because they’ve been cheating on each other their whole relationship. So he meets a guy who declares that he’s engaged to be married and they struck a crush slash friendship behind their partners’ back. And the entire time, James , our “hero” whines to us how his bf is an insensitive, careless git (although we don’t actually see him doing the bad things our MC claims he does) and we also have a play by play of how he sneaks behind his partner’s back to meet the other dude- we are told not shown because the book is tell tell tell and VERY little show. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I read this , it just felt off somehow. I don’t wanna go on..
