Good 👍reading
I hope that in the future books that what is going on in Balmes come out. Also would like to see Ali's fight along side of some of the other single digits like Jean and Lettie. Hopefully Loki will start to be more involve with the fighting. Also would be nice to have another guy who might not be as powerful as Alus but as a part of his group.

Entertaining Read
Alus Reluctantly agrees to participate in the tournament of the magic Institutes of the various nations. A lot of political maneuvering among the nations is involved. Tesfia is pushed by her mother toward an engagement that she doesn't want. Alus is assigned as the bodyguard of his nation's ruler for the summit meeting of all the nations. He must demonstrate his power as the number one rank. I like the action, humor, intrigue, and minor romance. I look forward to the next book.

Here's a great idea. Let's hold a friendly international tournament among high school students. But let's allow one nation to send their strongest military assets to beat up children from other nations.
That said, nothing happens this volume. FIA's mom has a Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde thing going on. All we know for sure is she clearly doesn't care about her daughter. Really enjoyed the ruler of Alpha's suffering at the end however.

Great read
Thrilling and exciting with some great plots with twists. Hero group is interesting and getting close. Looking forward to the next installment.

Good book
Not as much action as in the last one but it helps set the stage for the tournament. Also more back story on Tesfia which was nice. Look forward to the next book.
