About the author

Mary Davis is the author of the beloved inspirational classic, Every Day Spirit: A Daybook of Wisdom, Joy and Peace, and the Every Day Spirit Gratitude Journal. She is a wisdom seeker, spiritual teacher, visionary, graphic artist and mystic entrepreneur. Her wallpaper app, Every Day Spirit Lock Screens, brings a little love, beauty and inspiration to phones around the world. Mary received her BSN from Georgetown University’s School of Nursing, after which she spent many fun years as a musician, songwriter, producer, piano teacher and yoga instructor. She completed her Compassionate Bereavement Counseling certification in 2017 and plans to work with parents who have lost children and in hospice care. She has a house by the sea and lives a contemplative life in harmony with nature.

A Gift of Love, Light & Joy!

Dear Mary, I cannot tell you thank you enough for your beautiful book and app. I purchased both today and as I was reading the book and scrolling through the app, my heart was filling with love, light, peace and joy!

Today is December 31, and I've just finished this beautiful day book. I'm not sure what I expected, but I know what I really appreciated when I began reading. Mary Davis is not preachy. There is no judgment. There is only love, spirit, peace, and perspective. I bought this book for my mother and sister as a gift. When I gave them the gift, I began to describe it and stopped when I started to say it "changed my life" because that felt way too big. Then I realized this book had changed my life. By reading every morning, I had a different outlook on the day ahead. I found myself referring back to my reading throughout the day to center my thoughts or calm my mind. Changing your thoughts and perspective is life changing. If you're seeking to find hope, peace, or perspective in your day, I highly recommend it!
