Located out in the remote wilds of Wyoming, Dick uses his top secret mostly underground bunker as operations center for his global detective agency which is dedicated to ridding the earth of idiots, nitwits, terrorists, skin heads, radical extremists, communists, bullies, perverts, and democrats; not necessarily in that order. Dick has recruited the talented chief detectives from the now defunct Penny Pecker Packer Detective Agency formerly of Apache Junction, Arizona as his chief field operatives. Sequestered in the lower levels of the bunker, Dr. Strange and his mad scientists are engaged in various humanity enhancing projects. Oh yes, our hero Les Didlin; formerly known as Lassie the wolf woman is caught up in the agencies operations.
