Born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, Alledria Hurt has traveled Europe and the United States. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and her Master of Arts in Liberal and Professional Studies degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University. When she’s not writing, she prefers video games, reading, and long walks with her dog, Xerxes. She currently lives in Savannah, GA with her family.

I very rarely give a book 1 star because generally, I think “the author tried to write a good book, it’s not their fault I hated it”. In this case, the author did not try hard it would seem. Firstly, I found several typos, so it seems as though there was no one to edit this book. Second, the wording was confusing enough that I searched to see if I was reading the sequel because clearly I was missing something. Third, the author uses so many unnecessary details. If it doesn’t make the book better, leave it out. The details had me distracted like, she said she unknowingly put the bracelet on but even changing, she doesn’t notice? Her guy doesn’t notice? Her mom doesn’t notice?

I was so excited to read this book. Maybe that’s why I’m being so harsh. Anyway, I hated it.
