I'm not a fan of the Paper Tiger products because I think they take more effort than they return in value. I received this older edition of her book and thought I'd give it a quick scan. I ended up reading it cover to cover and mostly agreed with what she presented. I would have given it 4 stars but it was very outdated. I see that there is an updated edition, which I might recommend. Stick to regular alphabetical filing, however; the numerical system she created is just too much work.
Lots of good organizing tips but the numerical system for filing just seems confusing to me, and I think the indexing just another step to keep a client from doing their filing.
A worthwhile read and resource for those looking to set up a good filing system, workspace and workflow plan. Also works for those who have one but need to tweak it.
