Kidnapped and brainwashed

This book kept me engaged, but some parts were slow moving. Other parts had me shaking my head because they were not believable. Overall the book was good I just wish more happened and there was a conclusion instead of leaving it open for part 3. Jonathan's obsession with Dee is a bit much. I feel bad for Winston. What is up with Connie and Grayson? And Shauna...WOW!!

This book was none stop action twist and surprises. I could not put it down until I was done and I wasn't ready for it to be over. I can't wait for book 3, I hope that it is released soon. As much as I loved book 1, book 2 is now my favorite.

The sequel was still good but I was a bit disappointed that Dee was so slow on the uptake to be a police officer and a detective on top of that, but I am excited to read the next installment.

Captured. OMG! This book was fantastic! I was on the edge of my seat reading this book! I couldn't put it down. I read this book so fast.
Detectives Connie and Dee takes on a case of a missing young man, Boyce Vickers, his mother is sure something has happened to him. Boyce's wife gets caught cheating on him and they find out she took out a life insurance policy on her husband for a lot of money. Connie takes drastic steps to find the man only to put herself in danger. The case gets put on the back burner for Dee because she is getting involved with Jonathan Wild and The Circle. You have to read this book to see how Dee goes and accepts being apart of The Circle compound. Winston can't accept the fact that Dee has ran into Jonathan's arms and has left him for good. Definitely a good read! I can't wait to read the next book! *** I voluntarily read a Review Copy of this book. All opinions stated are solely my own and no one else’s. ***
