Fans of middle grade fantasy books like Percy Jackson and Fablehaven will love Eric and the Elements!
Eric and his friends are looking forward to starting their summer break, only to have their plans shattered as they are transported to a world where fire, water, earth, and air can be controlled. Learning that they can each control an element is amazing, but the only way to make it back home is by facing Thrash, who will test them and their newfound abilities. If they want to make it home, they will have to learn to control the elements and stick together no matter what.

Read this one with my son. He loved it and was constantly wanting to hear what happened next. Now he's asking for a sequel.
