读下来深深嵌在脑子里的一个观念就是食物是细胞的修复来源,作者也结合案例掰碎了讲,很有启发,吃对了真可能治病。看的过程中也在不断比对调整饮食,尤其是早餐,不那么随便了;肝脏也是强调重点,但是吃的很少;坚果会买却不咋吃。吃和睡这两点一定要做好,细胞们那么努力,要给它们多创造条件才是!

虽然有很多限定条件,但结合临床案例,作者还是给中国人如何吃把了脉开了药方,不但如此,还解释清楚了营养素的作用、缺和过的影响、结合实际经验的建议。针对流言,也贴心地做了解释。你在医院见过哪个医生会费这么多口舌吗?

反转了很多我的认知。
尤其是胆固醇
医生鼓励营养丰富的原型食物
不要惧怕内脏 肥肉 鱼肉 牛奶 鸡蛋
适当运动 别过度。
降低米饭面的摄取
注意 尿酸 肉汤, 咸淋汁, 面 (云吞面这样其实全中),
