Title: ➳ ❤ Cocky Director: Max Cocker
Series ➳ Cocker Brothers of Atlanta #15
Author: ➳ Faleena Hopkins

ღ I can honestly say without doubt I’ve never disliked any of Faleena Hopkins books, on the contrary her books are so addicting- they can be considered illegal 💕… Wow can’t believe we are on book 15 already, & trust I say that in good way.. Another outstanding & amazing read by Faleena Hopkins.

♥●• Max is every bit like his father (Jason). Max is an up & coming film director, determined to achieve success without using the Cocker family connections. He wants to make film about his father. Max is looking for producer & stumble cross Natalie. Or should I say Natalie barge her way into Max life. Their relationship is electric to say the least

♥●• I L💕ve Natalie, she the right fit for Max… Natalie is not looking for anything serious & tells Max up front. But after spending so much time with Max, Natalie seem to be having trouble keeping their relationship professional

►I love how Faleena always give us glimpses of Cocker family..

►Lord Great grandma Cocker is still give the cooker boys piece of her mind

COCKER family for life!!

This is Cocky Director:Max Cocker, of the Cocky Brothers series written by the amazing Faleena Hopkins!! I absolutely love Max! You can’t possibly read one of Faleena’s Cocky books and not fall in love with all that is Cocker! The Cockers are a family full of so many interesting characters that we keep talking Faleena into continuing with their stories. She never writes the same scenario twice. I think she has little fairies that come in and write her books because I don’t think it’s humanly possible to keep writing fresh storylines repeatedly, yet she delivers each and every time! Read one of her stories, you will not be disappointed! I received an advance readers copy and chose voluntarily to leave this review.

When: your brand is cocks, and males with Cocky attitudes... then you trade mark "Cocky" and develop a bad attitude yourself; you KNOW you just fucked your career... I hope you got a pen name and a backup idea, because Cocky just fucked you royally.

ROMANCE THAT SIZZLES WITH A BIT OF DRAMA

LOVED this enticing suspenseful story that holds your attention with witty banter, suspense, family love, drama, a bit of jealousy, fiery passionate romance and a fantastic happy ever after.

Max is definitely gorgeous, intelligent, and has worked hard for all the money he has. Now as a director his dream is to make a film but he needs help; someone who feels his story but smart enough to give him quality help. Natalie is hot, a sassy beauty and looking to expand her horizons; she waltzes into Max's life asking for the producer job and her wit has her landing it. Unbeknownst to Max, Natalie's other job puts her life at risk.

EXCITING read that had me swiping and eager to find out what happened next. I love this standalone series; as all the stories are uplifting. Visualizing the scenes and enjoying the family love, fun and protectiveness are fabulous. True love strikes Max and Natalie; they are perfect together. If you treasure romance this is a fantastic book for your library. {I was gifted this book and enjoyed this story so much I voluntarily reviewed.} Without reservations, I highly recommend this read.

Would you be willing to risk everything for a dream?
Max has a dream and nothing is going to prevent him from seeing it come to fruitation. Now if he can just find the right cast and crew.
Natalie wants something to believe in and takes a chance when the opportunity presents itself. She’s not sure if this is just going to be a one time deal or if it is her way out. If they have a little fun along the way that’s all good just as long as it doesn’t get serious. Natalie is a strong independent woman but sometimes we all need someone to lean on.
Neither of them knows what they have gotten themselves into but as Eric told Max “There are no coincidences.”
Max is so focused on his dream will it be the cause of him letting life slip by?
Faleena Hopkins’ stories appeal to so many because it is easy to see yourself as one of her characters, becoming a part of the family. I received a copy as an ARC and am so thankful to have come upon Faleena Hopkins’ books. I have enjoyed each and every one and look forward to many more.

Natalie and Max are ready for their close ups! Natalie kind of hates everything about her job. Her boss is a slimy shark, the stigma is toxic, and most of the people are complete headcases - if it wasn't for the money… and even that barely makes it justifiable. When she crashed the interviews for small budget movie looking for a producer she meets the Director Max and fall gets a major case of the instas! Instalove for the project and Instalust for Max. Max has poured his blood sweat and tears into making this movie a reality. He will not compromise his vision and knows this story needs to be shared. After meeting with countless applicants he is losing faith in finding his Right Hand until Natalie Noe hijacks his interview and blows his mind in every way possible. He cannot imagine a better person to help him make his vision a reality - now if only he could keep his hands off her! The suspense and action won't only be delegated to the silver screen but Max is determined to have his lady, movie, and cake and he will eat it too!

Another outstanding read by Faleena Hopkins. This book has everything we love about the Cocker family in it. Max, oldest of Jason's kids, and independent as all the Cockers, is making a movie, and in his quest to find a producer he meets Natalie. She is perfect for him and he knows it, but keeping it professional is going to be a problem. And Problems is what Natalie has. She can't tell anyone without endangering them and herself, until she has no choice and everything comes to light. Max is out to protect her with the help of family. Such a great book, loved seeing familiar faces, because you never want to miss a Cocker family meal, especially at Christmas. Every Cocker book is like falling in love with the Family all over again. I recommend the entire series, a five star series.

Steamy and captivating!! Max is trying to produce a film on his own merit, without the family name or backing. He believes in himself and his film, and wants to succeed so his film can help people. He is looking for a producer when he meets Natalie. Though she's not a producer, she believes in his project and wants to help. They have incredible chemistry, but Natalie's boss is determined to keep them apart.
This book is fantastic!! I love this family, and I love following this series. These books are so positive and full of hope. Plus they're so hot!! The whole series is so addicting and impossible to put down. Love it!!

Max and Natalie.....

I wasn't sure where this story was leading, then I was lead to believe I'd figured it out, before I realized I was wrong! You have to love when a book draws you in or to take you for a spin before the big reveal! I loved every minute reading it especially with those twists and turns!

Not only did I enjoy the story, but getting glimpses of my favorite Cocker characters was a huge bonus for me! I enjoy so much how the author keeps giving us a little of the past Cockers.... it's as if we're following them their whole lives!!!

Max is an up and coming film director, determined to achieve success without using the Cocker family connections. Natalie is equally determined to help Max get there. Through ups and downs these two connect, despite the hurdles in their way. I loved the other Cockers making appearances and bringing a sense of family to the story. Another amazing book joining the ranks of this wonderful series!

Fun

I liked how cocky both characters are and how they get each other. I love the confidence that they both give off and the vulnerability that they both have when doubt creeps in.

Read this book. I love getting a glimpse of how Jason and Bernie met. How they fell apart and the pain that he went through. Max does such a good job in portraying it all for his movie.

When you read a book about the Cocker family by Faleena Hopkins, you will not be disappointed. This is book number 15 about an amazing family of strong men and women who have family values so deeply rooted that nothing can tear them apart or or sway them from their beliefs, wants and plans. This is the story of Max, Jason and Sarah's first child. He, like the rest of the Cocker family, is determined to live his dream and have the career that makes him who he is in this world. He is strong, smart, determined and has been raised in a family that has encouraged him to live his dreams. I love his character. So much like his father (Jason--Cocky Romantic--a must read), leading with his heart. I love his personality. He is strong, but sweet and caring with a need to love and be loved. He has a dream to produce a movie that's near and dear to him which further proves he is his fathers son. Max meets, and immediately has an attraction to Natalie when she interviews for a job with him. He notices from the start that Natalie is a driven and determined, strong woman who is smart and successful in business. It was like a match made in heaven, but she has a boss who is not so excited about her new job. She is so confident in Max and his dream that she works with him on his movie and doesn't adhere to her boss's wishes. The whirlwind that Natalie has to deal with is stressful and scary and requires her to rely on Max. There story is beautiful, as I new it would be considering he is Jason's son. The tenderness, love, need, respect and intensity of their relationship is endearing and really adorable. You can't help but fall in love with Max and have admiration for Natalie. They truly are meant for each other and their chemistry and easy banter cause you to fall in love with them both. I love that the Cocker family was together in this story for Christmas, and we not only visit with the aunts and uncles, but with grandparents and great grandparent again. It's a beautiful series with family that feels like your own giving you a warm sense of belonging to this group of amazing people. This story, as the rest of them, is a must read. If you haven't read Cocky Romantic though, it would be a good read to partner with this one. Even though this is a stand alone, his dads story really gives good insight to what Max is trying to do. Faleena, thanks again for touching on a much needed subject again. It's great to read an amazing story, but also great to read about a current issue that allows your readers to learn and grow. Thank you!! I read this ARC voluntarily for an honest review.

Loved Max! Great, sexy story.

"As I'm kissing her neck I realize, I need to do this as often as possible."

Max Cocker is making a film that is close to his heart. He's doing it on his dime so he needs someone to believe in it as much as he does.

"She's so hot and cold, I never know exactly what I'm going to get."

Natalie is looking for a career change. She doesn't realise, until she takes the temporary job with Max, just how tough her current boss is.

When they meet, the sizzling chemistry is instant between them. However, when they agree to work together, Natalie tries to keep Max at arm's length.

I really enjoyed this latest story in the Cocker Brother's series. Max is gorgeous! He's cocky but has a good heart. I love how much he persevered with Natalie, even though her behaviour often baffled him. I loved that even though Natalie tried to keep him at a distance, her desire for him and her growing feelings broke down her walls.

As always, it was fun to see some other members of the Cocker family doing what they do best - exchanging cheeky banter, and gathering round in solid support. Looking forward to the next one!

Another amazing story by Faleena. I loved getting more into the other cousins in this story - in this case, we have Jason and Sarah's oldest son, Max. The chemistry and tension between Max and the lead heroine Natalie is off the charts from the start and the push-pull between them throughout the book is fun to watch. Both have a really great work ethic and it's always great to read about two characters with strong morals, standing by what they believe in. I also really enjoyed the scenes where other Cocker family members popped in, including a little Grandma (who is over 100 years old now!) and her sass. Looking forward to seeing which cousin is next for us in this series! It's so refreshing to have a series with amazing characters that are well written, but without the same typical plot line each book. Thanks for another great read Faleena!

The Latest & Greatest Cocker To Have His Story Told By The Extraordinary Faleena Hopkins!!

I am voluntarily reviewing Cocky Director by Faleena Hopkins.

I am convinced that that Faleena’s talent is boundless! She could rewrite the phone book and her readers would hang on her every word. Her books keep you coming back begging for more, more, more! She has brought to life the incredible, multidimensional Cocker Family in a way that anyone can relate to, want to be a part of and fall in love with.

Max (son of Jason Cocker) is the leading man in this latest Cocker story and his leading lady is Natalie. Together they will take you on a literary ride to remember. Max wants to make a name for himself without using his families name and reputation to get there. Natalie believes in Max and wants to help him accomplish his dream but is that all she wants?

If you’ve read Cocky Roomie (Jake’s story) or Cocky Romantic (Jason’s story) you know about Jason’s toxic relationship with Bernie Lancaster. Bernie was a drug addict who was on a downward spiral and almost took Jason down along with her. After his relation with Bernie ends, Jason becomes a successful music producer. You may be asking what this has to do with Cocky director. Max is Jason’s oldest son. This story is his journey in bringing his father’s story to life in an indie movie that he’s directing. He hires Natalie as his producer and sparks fly immediately. Natalie has troubles that keep her from being honest with Max. When she doesn’t show up for the shoots Max worries and goes looking for her which actually makes things worst. When Natalie finally realizes that she needs help getting out of trouble, the Cockers are there to help.

Another awesome Cocker Family turbulent romance by Ms. Hopkins. This story is of the second generation of the Cocker famiky. Originally their were six (6) brothers that went on to have seventeen (17) kids. This is Mac's story. He is trying to make a moving movie about his father's first love. Max doesn't want to trivialize what his dad went through as a young man in love with a drug addict. Natalie is trying to have more in her life so hope on board to help Max produce the movie. They work well together but danger and trouble follow. The author writes so that the reader feels they are present and with the characters throughout the story. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by Ms. Hopkins.

You will love this one

I am a huge cocker fan and loved to read about Max and Natalie!!!! The only thing I was questioning was the fact that Max told Natalie he was allergic to dairy but I was sure somewhere near the beginning he had a ham and cheese sandwich. I'll have to read the book over but it was still great it might have been vegan cheese. I can't wait to see who is next. Hopefully it is Ben because the anticipation is real with him. I've been anxious about his story the last few books. Read this book!!!! Read this whole series you will fall in love with the cocker family and the ciphers too!!!

INCREDIBLE!!!! I love all of the Cocker Series books! In this one, we get to meet Max Cocker, son of Jason and Sarah. Max is a new director and is different than most. He isn’t concerned with getting awards or making it big, he is more about quality and subject matter. In Cocky Director we also get to meet Natalie, who has just as much dedication and passion as Max does. These two are so good together and their chemistry is like magic. I couldn’t put this book down, but that is just the way the Cocker Series is. The characters are all so believable and realistic. I can’t wait to get to meet the rest of the Cocker family.

The cocky Cockers!!! I'd say this author has a very good reason to be cocky as well. Fifteen books in a series and they are all AMAZING!! Max and Natalie were great!! I loved the banter and the excitement. They started off their relationship with a bang and just kept adding explosions. Poor Natalie thought she had the perfect job until she found out how her boss could afford to pay so well. Thank goodness she made a decision to expand her career options with Max. The Cocker family came to the rescue once again!! There was never a dull moment with these two. I can't help but want more of the Cockers!
