Even though she's out of Maxim's immediate grasp, Ryan's far from free. The wicked game that the fae played with her has left Ryan struggling to decipher what's real and what's only in her head. Will Ryan be able to discover the truth and win the game? Or will she end up pushing away everyone who cares for her? Find out, in this exciting continuation of the new young adult vampire series that continues to prove that vampires are back and they're BETTER than ever!

Susan Harris is a writer from Cork in Ireland. An avid reader, she quickly grew to love books in the supernatural/fantasy genre. When she is not writing or reading, she loves music, oriental cultures, tattoos, anything Disney and psychology. If she wasn't a writer she would love to be a FBI profiler or a PA for Dave Grohl or Jared Leto.

Ryan is back in the third installment of this page-turning, favorite new YA Vampire series and I didn't think Susan would be able to make her even more beautifully damaged, but she did. Having been left with one of Susan Harris' signature evil cliffhangers I know that fans will be as eager to get their hand on this as I was..... but be warned - she does it again. I think this officially now labels me in the masochist category because I keep torturing myself and I sort of love it.

As I am a strong believer in NO SPOILERS in reviews, there is very little that I can say about the actual story other than if you have read the first two, you will obviously want to read this - I am not sure enjoy is the right word, it's more a "need to read" and then the wanting to cry because THAT ENDING!

At least Book 4 is up for pre-order and will be available in April - so that isn't TOO bad.

As I have said before, If you love vampires, in particular books such as the Vampire Academy, then you should pick this up. Well actually you should pick up book 1 first so that this one makes sense, and as the eBook is FREE right now on all platforms you really have nothing to lose!

Another easy 5 stars from me and this is 100% Melanie's Muses Certified!

Finished in one sitting. The twists and excitement just don't stop in this series and I am more than okay with that, sign me up for a 30 book series and I'd get them all. Thankfully book 4 comes out in a few months because I can't get enough.

A lot of questions are lifted... and most of my theories are correct.

Ryan sees glimpses of what happiness could be like and she gets a small taste of what her heart truly desires.

I'm so glad she has the support system to get through her traumas and insecurities. She thinks she doesn't have anyone to count on but there are many who cared for her. And there are many more surprises she learns about herself through Casa del Rogue.

Susan Harris' books are a must read

Well Susan you did it again . You pulled me into the lives of Nicky and Ryan. I could not put it down then you left me in a free fall of a cliff hanger. This is a must read for all. Susan has the ability to make you feel like you are a part of the book. Can't wait for book #4.

Wow. This is the third book in this series and I absolutely love them. I can't even go into detail as I don't want to give any spoilers, and of course the ending just blew me away. I absolutely need book 4 right now.

Omg, what happened? I did not expect that. And in good Susan Harris fashion, of course the book ends in a cliffhanger. Can't wait to read Burn Notice.
