Spiral bound, so it lies flat.It has hundreds of recipes and the "what went wrong" tips are particularly useful. Indeed, the "wrong" pictures were probably taken in my kitchen as they look rather like some of my previous efforts.
There is even a recipe for fortune cookies, something I have never come across before. I think it would be fun to make your own for a dinner party, with personalised fortunes inside.
