A good, or at least reasonable introduction to philosophy for children. Most striking was the alignment to cognitive coaching and adaptive schools and also to Lynn Erickson's work on essential questions; work on Inquiry based learning; and morning meeting. This feels like it was written for our community.

got this book through an article in the Gifted and Talented newsletter... and the idea of stories being used to teach kids to think is an old one.... but seeing it put into place is nice to get an idea of pitch and placement.
