Like all Hunter's stuff, great insights but not an easy read. The book is probably for a college or graduate level reading comprehension level. It keeps getting better and better. The flow of the book is a little broken, but honestly, that's not that big of an issue because it nots really a "read-through" book, but a "devour" book. You have to sit and think about the stuff that he says, so it's ok that it's not written like a novel. It should be required for church leaders, but it's more of a manual than a step by step.
