Me ha parecido una historia preciosa y he llorado al final. La ambientación es de 10 y el dibujo es muy hermoso, expresivo y que transmite muchísimas emociones.
Akito es un oficinista con un trabajo que no le llena y que, para más inri, no es para nada lo que más se ajusta a él y a su forma de ser. Mientras está en el parque contemplando a los cuervos al atardecer, ve a unos niños molestar a alguien y, a pesar de que se había prometido dejar de meterse allí donde no lo llaman, algo dentro de él es más fuerte y espanta a los niños maleducados. Al hacer eso, Akito descubre que no se estaban metiendo con una persona, sino con un yokai, un ser del reino de los espíritus. Este, como agradecimiento, le ofrece tres tablillas antes de desaparecer. Es entonces cuando, de sopetón, algo en el parque cambia y se abre una entrada al mundo de los espíritus: Al mundo de los yokai.
Lleno de curiosidad, Akito ve un barco gigante en un lago hermoso lleno de nenúfares. Este lugar se llama Kasumi, y no es una posada precisamente, sino un burdel exclusivo. Para nada interesado en ello, y queriendo marcharse del lugar cuanto antes, algo cae encima de él antes de poder regresra al mundo de los humanos. Y ese algo posee unas hermosas alas negras. El chico alado en cuestión es un hermoso yokai prostituto, un tengu llamado Suiren. Maravillado por su piel morena y sus ojos verdes, Akito es incapaz de apartar la mirada de él. Pero resulta que un cliente está molestando a Suiren y Akito, como no podía ser de otro modo, utiliza uno de los talismanes que le había dado el chico Tofu para solicitar a Suiren y librarlo de la insistencia del cliente.

First book from Saku Hiro sensei’s 人外 mythology collection, the other two related books are 羅城恋月夜 and 恋染龍雨衣.
The artwork is really beautiful, especially the elaborate backgrounds, the story is very touching and keeps the readers on their toes.
The uke is a 烏天狗 crow tengu, who’s been working in the large floating boat 遊郭 for hundreds of years, serving both male and female monster clients. This is punishment for a large fire caused by him and the fire monster when they were arguing in the kitchen. He is trapped there and needs to collect enough essence to make all the lotus flower in the pond come to full bloom.
The seme is just a regular human who happened to save the uke’s servant 豆腐小僧 tofu boy when he got bullied in the park. Who in turn gave the seme 3 pairs of wooden blocks (tickets for the floating boat) as gift.
During the first encounter, the seme was immediately attracted by the uke’s beauty and saved him from an angry customer. With only 3 tickets in total, the two only have limited opportunities to meet… The concept of time and money is very different in the two worlds.
Will the seme be able to win the uke’s heart and be more than just a customer? How will they over come the barriers of the two different worlds? When will the uke be able to complete his contract and regain freedom?

It was cute and with the right amount of angst (at least for me).
I loved the art, that cover was what first caught my attention which is why I didn’t even read the back of the manga. Which I should have done.
I’m not a fan of courtesan storyline because even if in this one Suiren chose to be one as form of self punishment so he kind of “accepted it” I still see the sex as nonconsensual. He was hurt during sex and pushed around by his “clients” so yeah, not a fan of this trope.
Akito was funny and easily to take advantage of but still kept his good heart and pushed to help Suiren. He was so sweet.
Tofu boy was great.
I enjoyed it, the world was interesting and the romance sweet as hell.

Bought it today and finished it xD
I really enjoy oneshorts.
Sure everything happens fast, but I think it was fine.
I really liked the plot and the art.
It’s an easy to read kind of fluffy but also a bit spicy manga.
I hope I finde more Yokai related stuff. It’s really interesting especially the coalition with the human world.

Crec que aquest ja me l'havia llegit en francès o anglès, però no en recordava el final. Està bé, un BL amb tocs fantàstics amb un corb yokai com a protagonista. Típic recurs d'amor prohibit que supera tots els obstacles, però amè.

No puedo decir que es un mal yaoi, tiene todo lo que tiene que tener y los dibujos en general son preciosos teniendo como base una temática más de fantasía, leeré más mangas del autor/a sin dudarlo.

Super duper simple plot, but something about the way the characters are portrayed sucked me right in. Seriously, I teared up at the end during the major scene! I felt their emotions even though it was such a short manga.

No me ha convencido mucho, el dibujo es bonito y la historia es original, pero hay demasiadas cosas que se explican a medias o muy rápido. Quizás era una historia para más de un tomo.
