If you're fascinated by science like life cycle of a moth or butterfly when you were a kid, this is a good one and will bring you back to that time. It's a simple journey of a caterpillar to butterfly and I'm glad the author started it inside the apple which gives a bit of mystery vibe in it. No words, no technical illustration or jargons with a minimalist artwork that delivers a science that is easy to understand and enjoyable.

Bellissima l’idea delle storie infinite! Ho scoperto poi grazie a Teresa Porcella che l’edizione precedente era rilegata ad anelle così si poteva sfogliare in loop come la storia :)

This is a wordless picture book that shows a caliper growing into a butterfly. Along its way it first eats an apple then after it’s a butterfly it helps to pollinate an apple tree and grow new apples.
This book fits into the category of life cycle because of the caliper’s grow and change into a butterfly as well as the death and new grow of the apple. The book helps show students how butterflies are created and also how they help create new growth.

This wordless picture book show a butterfly and an apple. This would be a great book to use in art classes for positive/negative space; contour lines, lines, space, color, and other elements/principles of art.
