If you have not yet found a good meditation method and are of a Christian mindset, I recommend this book highly as a great training manual for good meditation practices. It gets you through the first thirty-one days of mediation and gets you into a pattern and a groove that you can easily continue on your own. Great thoughts, scripture passages, and thoughts guide you along.
