A 5-step energy detox program from renowned energy healing expert, Oliver Nino that removes the crippling blocks from your energetic field that stand between you and abundance, purpose, and happiness.
Renowned energy healer and spiritual activation expert, Oliver Nino shares his 5-step energy reset that eliminates the toxins that hold you back from being in your healthiest state.
In this book, Oliver explains how energetic blocks lodge themselves in your system as negative beliefs, emotions, and sometimes even physical conditions. Traumas, ancestral roots, or environmental factors create feelings of fear, guilt, anger, betrayal, uselessness, hurt, and inadequacy that can flow through you like dangerous, free radicals. These create walls in your energetic field, which can cause physical disease, relationship issues, feeling “stuck,” a lack of abundance, a lack of purpose, a lack of confidence, anxiety, depression, or a general feeling of unhappiness.
Writes Oliver, "I find that when you cleanse, or remove, the blocks that weigh people down using my healing techniques, it not only detoxes their energetic fields—thus, healing various aspects of wellness—but also allows them to tap into a higher power and activate their own gifts, so that they can pursue their purpose on earth. Every one of us is naturally wired to clear our energy fields. Our souls arrived here in a clear, energetic state, and so it’s possible to return to our natural way of being."
A truly life changing book. I bought this book about a year ago after seeing an advertisement on Instagram and put it aside until I happened back upon it recently. It came back to me at just the right time where I was mentally and energetically able to absorb the information properly. I’m not typically a “woo woo” type person but this book takes the most natural aspects of who we are and puts a positive and meaningful spin on it, to find true purpose in life. The 15 Day energetic cleanse is definitely worth doing to see if it works for you. Best case scenario, you’ll feel better and more purposeful. There’s nothing to lose by trying it out. I should also mention, you can learn from Oliver’s teachings and implement the 15 Day cleanse regardless of your personal religious beliefs. This is not a specific religion, but internal self care and spirituality. Highly recommend, especially if you’re currently feeling “lost” in life.
A great start to detoxing yourself and finding your gifts
This book is an awesome start for anyone wanting to detox themselves from heavy or negative energy. There are general instructions in here, but as a newbie, you may need professional help to do a complete job. This book is just the introduction. You may need to work with a reputable reiki master or join the author’s in depth program for a full cleanse, or if you want to learn how to do it yourself. It also includes a list and description of gifts in the last chapters of the book, in case you ever left like you have some magical powers. You probably do! This book is a great start and I highly recommend it for anyone who is curious to learn more about these topics.
This book is amazing read and has complete knowledge. if you are on the fence, whether to get this book. 📕 I recommend getting it, because you will see the world differently and with more love, joy & kindness. We need more love in this world. Oliver says,”Heal yourself, and then Heal the World!”… shine your light.
I had trouble rating this book because I have mixed feelings about it.
I really liked this book in the beginning, it had a lot of potential and I wasn't quite sure what would be contained in it. I again ended up with mixed feelings by the end.. There were some cool new topics I'd either never heard of before or knew little about, but so many things in this book seemed oversimplified and ineffective. I read this book after I'd already read five books on chakras (which were covered in this book too), and never have I seen such an overly simplistic approach to chakras. However, I also learned new things and the few pages on dreams really stuck with me long after finishing the book.
When I first saw this book on Goodreads, it seemed really interesting and just what I needed. Who doesn't want to clear, unblock and protect your energy to attract more love, joy and purpose?? Hello, that sounds perfect!!
Even the table of contents was exciting to read - the first section is "Unblock to Detox", and the second section is the 15-Day Plan: 1. Protect Your Energy 2. Clear Your Energy 3. Elevate Your Energy 4. Discover Your Gifts 5. Practice Your Gifts & Purpose Work
The first section contained a lot about the author's spiritual/healing stories, but there were examples throughout the book, at least 1-2 in each chapter, of people the author and his wife have worked with.
The second section, 15-day 'energy cleanse/detox', consists of a lot of visualization: (1) Protect Energy: use intention, sacred geometry (I'd never heard of that) & color/light therapy (2) Clear Energy: clear auric field - cut energetic cords, clear chakras, ground yourself (with salt) (3) Elevate Energy: overlapping methods as above + higher-self meditation (4) Discover Gifts: mainly described what the gifts could be, (dreams), and an exercise to identify your gift (5) Practice Gifts: journal exercise (what drags you down & what lifts you up)
Unfortunately, I think the 15 Day program was missing better exercises. There was a LOT of pages spent on explaining and understanding the concepts (chakras, sacred geometry, other energy stuff, etc.) but very little on the actual exercises.
Liked Tool 1 (p. 52) Tool 3 (p. 60) Exercise (p.63-64) Chakras (p.80-82) Solar Plexus (p.86) Brenda's chakra story (p.93-94 + 95) Higher Self meditation (p. 111) Dreams & lessons (p.136 & 138) Identify your gift (p.146) Purpose Work (p.150 & 163)
Energetic blocks: "The rate at which your block clears may be linked to frequency, learning a lesson first, or a divine timeline you won't know until the block is gone and you can connect the dots in retrospect" (34).
Didn't Like Didn't like the 'Quick Word About God' (xvii) where the author chose to use the word God throughout the book instead of the other (preferred for non-religious people) words he suggested such as: "Source, universe, the divine, higher power" (xvii). I would have enjoyed the book a lot more if I didn't have to keep seeing "God" all the time. ALL the other words mentioned above have such a different (and better) association/effect for me.
"God controls how much of this block can be released at that time, based on that which is in the highest good for all" (34) >>Again, not loving the "God" language, it just sounds worse than any of the other words. I also didn't like how this sounds religious - "God" is the only one who can decide when your healing happens. This seems very contradictory to personal power/responsibility. I get the point, and I do believe there are external and 'greater plan' reasons why you may not be able to do your healing on exactly your own timeline, but I guess I just didn't like the language.
(After 1 page describing a visualization for slashing energy cords, setting an intention and choosing a colour): "And just like that, your auric field is clear." (78) >>I don't think so.. it seems too simple. I don't really understand why there would be any need for chakra practitioners or healers if everyone can just clear their own auric field after 5 minutes of following the author's instructions. I think I have doubt about how effective these exercises really are. I do believe in the concept (of having an auric field and needing to cleanse it) but these exercises seem too easy/simplistic.
p.170: "You're beyond letting others negatively affect you because your light will now outshine theirs. That's the power of a detox." >> I get what the author is trying to say here--but the phrasing of "you're better than other people and outshining them" just felt like perceived superiority/aggrandizing the reader. It's excellent to rise above negativity, I just think the 'outshine' phrasing wasn't necessary or could have been improved.
All in all, I think I would recommend this book. My main concern was that I felt the exercises were lacking, and the book wasn't as exciting/practical as the title/table of contents made it appear to be, but there were still new and interesting concepts or perspectives I hadn't quite heard before.
Would recommend reading versus listening to this. Lots of additional resources are provided, but would’ve loved to follow along with “progress” and action items if I had it on paper in front of me.
A Spiritual Activator: Or How to Recycle Every Self-Help Cliché zero stars if possible.
This book is the definition of fluff wrapped in shiny packaging. Honestly, calling it “transformational” is almost insulting to the word. Every page reads like a mash-up of tired Instagram quotes, pseudo-spiritual jargon, and the same recycled “just think positive and your life will change” nonsense that a hundred other books have already beaten to death. The author tries way too hard to sound profound, but it comes off shallow, like a motivational poster that’s been stretched into 200 pages. The stories feel forced, the advice is laughably generic, and half the time I wondered if he was writing for people who have never picked up a book before. There’s nothing new, nothing original, and certainly nothing “activating” about it—unless rolling your eyes counts as activation. If you’re looking for wisdom, depth, or even a shred of authenticity, this isn’t it. Save your time, your money, and your patience. Save your money.
How often, faced with the challenges of everyday life, do we utter the sentence: "I have no energy"? This common phrase may suggest that we are physically exhausted, but in deeper analysis, it reveals more about our inner energy dynamics.
Isn't it paradoxical that in a world where energy is constantly flowing, we feel its lack? Perhaps the problem isn't so much a lack of energy, but our ability to direct and use that energy in a way that promotes our well-being.
The way other people's energy affects us and how we affect others through our own energy is fundamental to understanding interpersonal relationships.
Every interaction, whether it's a conversation, a touch, or even an unspoken emotion, involves an energy transfer.
This exchange can equally enrich and exhaust us, depending on the quality of the energy being shared.
Much of this book was great but much of it was over the top for me. I think all people have spiritual gifts and those are important to use. I am a massage therapist and I specialize in geriatrics. I am also a yoga therapist. I have had many spiritual experiences. I believe those happenings come through experience, openness, and need. I don’t believe a person can become a channel to other worlds by doing his little clearing and joining with other woo-woo hopefuls.
This book definitely gave me spiritual tools I’ve never used before and I had many “aha moments” reading this book. If you feel you have a spiritual gift you’d like to unlock or need some inspiration then I’d recommend this book.
It’s a 15 day program and I do wish it clearly has something for each day instead of this is what you do for 3 days at a time. I also sometimes felt lost with what bonus tools to use when.
First thank you. This book I have finished and I have begun and I feel drained and alive at the same time. The universe redirected me to you on FB and boy am I glad. Already I see that when a person is throwing their bad energy at me I'm able to block it. Being an empath is so draining. At least I know it's not me completely it's only my energy being affected. You are amazing and I look forward to learning so much more.
Spiritual Activator is a book that teaches cleansing techniques and rituals designed to awaken and activate the inner psyche. The author outlines a five-step method while sharing both his own spiritual journey and that of his wife. Together, they have taught these practices at seminars and various spiritual venues around the world.
Très bon livre. Concept que je connais déjà, expliquer différement. J’ai fait la détox de 15 jours et ça m’a vraiment fait du bien. Je recommande ce livre.
Really lovely book, more for people who are at the beginning of their spiritual journey rather than people who have been on their path for a while. But lovely content, lessons and messaging.
