This book really helped me learn the basics on Blackjack. It is organized efficiently and touches on all the aspects of gambling at the blackjack table. There are whole chapters dedicated to sound financial advice (which often gets overlooked but is,nonetheless, part of a winning blackjack strategy) and many chapters dedicated to the different aspects of the game, i.e soft and hard totals, splitting, doubling down, hitting, and standing! I especially enjoyed the actual scenarios that you can test yourself on while reading the book! There is even a scoring system that you can use to gauge how well you are retaining the vital information. This, in my opinion, is the best feature of this book. I truly believe this book can help you lose less at the tables and make you a more informed and better player. However, don't expect this book to make you rich or win every hand at blackjack. What it can do is give you a percentage edge over the long term of your playing career. If you are interested in learning the BASICS of playing Blackjack, you need this book! But to be the best Blackjack player you can be, you need to learn how to card count, in addition to playing perfect basic strategy. I recommend you read this book more than once, the first time just absorbing the principles but the second time with a more serious approach. Nonetheless, this book has helped me set a solid foundation for playing Blackjack at the casino.

It's a lot to remember. I understand the logic, but not sure if I can remember it while playing.
