As a child she supported the German invasion of Czechoslovkia. She had to flee to West Germany at the end of the second world war.

Later she immigrated to the USA. Where she published her memoirs of WWII and started a ministry.

This was amazing to read again after reading her first book. It covers many of the same things mentioned in her later life, but in a totally new format. This book separates her life in America into topics and lessons learned through hard experience. I cried several times at how awesome our God is when he works in and through the lives of his people!
