Was not very motivational in my opinion. There were good points about how to treat staff, but no real details on how to do it. She keeps saying ‘you need to show your team that you’re passionate’ but never actually gives tips on how to do so. This is common throughout the book, lots of cute sayings but no real advice on actually how to achieve it.
Also it seemed like a ad most of the time. ‘here, at my website, you NEED a coach to be successful’ and ‘at my seminar, that is ESSENTIAL, you can learn how to…’. I just wasn’t a huge fan.

Overall, a lot of waffle.
It is more of a mindset book rather than a business book.
I enjoyed the wholesome start of it but as it progressed I realised that it was never going to graduate from
very, very basic stuff.
On top of this, it felt like a marketing tool for her business mentorship programme after the 50th “check out out on www……”
I’ve never read a book that sounded so like an ad.
It was okay, but there are other business books out there that are far more worth more your time.
Unfortunately, the best parts of it were quotes she used from other people.

Outstanding read!
I would strongly recommend this book to anyone who is trying to grow his or her business from a small startup or a small business with few employees to a large enterprise scale. This book actually ships the mindset and catches all the negative influences of our own belief system that prevent us from growing. Loved every piece of the book and it opened up new horizons for me. Definitely and highly recommend this to every business owner who is trying to scale.
