RETO POP SUGAR 2018 39.
Looking at the concept.. it conveys something beautiful rather,
I really love that character "God" and his concept of visualizing world into a gaming hub where everything is decided by games even borders of a country.
Some gaming scenarios like the realistic way of chess and other such games were great.
And the rest part consists of showing women naked so that readers don't get distracted in between.
Checking out the nerd stores in japan, it seems like light novels like this one have really gotten popular. It used to be that the "otaku" world was centered around Manga and Anime, now we can probably add light novels to the list.
The best part of the book was the battle between Jibril and blank, and that probably is my favorite battle in the series so far. The description, the whimsical characters, Sora and Shiro's amazing chemistry was a breeze to read. This book is a fantastic, easy read.
The reason I gave this four stars and not five is because this book only has one major battle. Furthermore, this book ends in a cliffhanger, which I am not too much of a fan (this is merely a personal opinion). Had this book included any other major battle or had it been paced a little better (I found this book slower than the first volume), I would have given it five stars.
Read this book, you will not regret it.

I’m sorry..but the game of “chess” completely lost me. It was fine to follow, but I have no earthly clue where the power of “cuteness” came into play. The whole book was on this battle that made no sense at all.
I’m giving two stars because of the short story in the back that explained how No Game No Life- Zero was produced, because that was a joy to read.
There was also minimal to no fan service, which I greatly appreciated.

A little disappointed that this series ended like this, without an ending. Did Seven Seas loose the contract for this? I noticed that Yen Press took over No Game, No Life Please! With a different artist as well and doesn't seem to continue the story but I could be wrong since I haven't got those issues. Other than that I was enjoying the series.
This book introduces one of my favorite characters. Like I said in my other review, this is one of my favorite light novels out there. I love how extreme the sibling duo will get for a win against supernatural beings that clearly have decades of knowledge.
I guess that explains the brother-sister thing a bit more, step-siblings.
Still interesting world building though they switched between past and present conversations without much to show the differences and it was a bit confusing.
Love the more extensive world building and back story. I will say the first one took me a while to get through because of his writing style, but now it's much easier!
