This is a business book about leadership wrapped in a novel. I learned about each of the components of this business model that Mr. Stevens explains through a story about a record company in Nashville, TN. Even if you're not interested in the business portion, the story keeps you engaged through to the end. Business concepts aren't dry and boring when they're injected into what could be a real-life situation. I'd read another one of Mr. Stevens business books if he wrote it in the same vein as Geronimo Stone.
