Pie Cookbook My fil loves pies and so does my dad. I got this book for free when it came out, but now is about $2.99 and is worth every penny. The book starts with some simple pie crusts and then goes straight into all types of pies, mostly fruit pies. Perfect!

Starts with a table of contents and different crusts then recipes are in no particular order.
Very short intro then the recipes.
Each recipe starts with a title, ingredients and you might be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low sugar and low fat products.
Directions on how to make are included. Suggestions how to serve the pie.
There are NO pictures. There is NO nutritional informaiton.
Not too impressed with this book, really needs the pictures as they are a bit on the basic side for me.
