Man! I don’t even know where to begin. This story had me on the edge of my seat. I loved how Dom was so in love with Savannah and how he treated Fent as his own son. I will say that he did do a bad job at keeping them safe. I was like man can they catch a break 🤦🏾‍♀️ but on the other hand he wasn’t playing any games either. I can’t believe Matika and she got exactly what she deserved. Dre was a straight idiot, how you don’t know your own son name😕 I didn’t see that coming with her dad😳 that straight blew my mind. I’m just glad they got their happy ending. Also glad that she got to meet a honest friend and also gained a sister in Zenia.

Wow! I stayed in the bed all day yesterday and didn't get up because I was busy reading this. First to set the record JaQuin is bae. Where can I find me a man like this? He was a real man that loved his family and took great care of them. I loved him and Savannah's relationship. The love he had for Fent was out of this world. More reason i need to find me a JaQuin. Haha Him and Savannah went through some ish but they came out on top. It was refreshing to read a story that didn't involve cheating just the love of two individuals that fought to the end. Cant wait for the next read.

Oh how I LOVE a good standalone! JoAquin and Savannah love story was not the typical urban romance. I enjoy reading books when I can't guess the outcome. The book was long and every page was worth reading. At times JaQuin and Savannah both got on my nervous with their back and forth. JaQuin was Savannah's Knight in Shining Armour N. L Hudson style. Great book😃

Great read

I absolutely loved this book. The love the two of them shared for each other was amazing.
Even though Joaquin was a thug at heart he had no problem expressing the love that he felt for Savanah and her son and even claimed her son as is own.;I would definitely recommend this book. It is truly a great standalone read.

A Father's Betrayal

Stanley was a horrible person. How can you treat the ones that you help create like that. Savannah had a lot of issues that she needed to work on. D'Andre was a punk. JaQuin was good for Savannah. Now Zenia and Abdul need a book. What book is Aaron and Keya from?

Realistic

The sense of realism was so dope. I can appreciate a prestine yet mysterious storyline. The characters were relatable and the twist was so random!
