I don't even really get headaches. I just picked it up at the library because the recipes looked healthy and simple. Every recipe I tried was delicious--even spinach pie.

Not recommended. The author is no longer practicing headache medicine, the science in the front is outdated, and many recipes include known migraine triggers.
