I don't know quite how to rate a book like this. By design, it's not really literature, as such; more like an extended magazine article. But it's loaded with incredibly useful information, some of which I've used with great success. The bit of advice involving feverfew, magnesium and vitamin B2 is, by itself, worth the price of admission. I had been using feverfew before reading this book, and added the other two elements as a result. It certainly worked for me.
