Following two bizarre deaths bearing the hallmarks of sacrificial murder, Investigator Steve Chapman has acquired inside information about occult groups in the North of England. A young woman called Bobby contacts Steve, claiming extensive involvement with a satanic society but is only prepared to meet in Germany’s Black Forest. In Germany, Bobby drives her car deep into the woods and kills herself in a horrific inferno, leaving an obscure suicide note. Steve soon finds himself in a quest to break the diabolical plans of an evil occult group.
That was a very compelling novel dealing with the secret societies Vril and OTO. The author gives good background information on Vril with reference to Edward Bulwer-Lytton's novel Vril -the Coming Race and the embedding in Nazi ideology. Then there is a fast paced story of Bobby/Steve on the one side and Mr Swift the evil opponent and head of OTO on the other. What has Swift in mind? What does his Nephilim program constists of. A very fine thriller on occult societies shining a very intersting light on Vril. I can really recommend reading the book. You'll learn a lot and enjoy a suspenseful plot!
