Water ... nothing alive is going far without it. Earth is approximately 70 percent covered in water, and we are 70 percent water. Every little molecule and cell is dependent upon this Wondrous Elixir of Life . We can survive days without food, but four days without water can be fatal. Water has numerous duties, • nutrient transport system • electrical message system • energy combustion system • waste disposal system • chemical conduit • lubricant • solvent • dilutor • dilator • coolant • heat bank

“When we try to pick out anything by itself, we find that it is bound fast by a thousand invisible cords that cannot be broken to everything in the Universe.” John Muir
Very interesting and informative. This book is clearly written and has the information necessary to understand why water is important for life and how to get the right amount and type of water in our lives. It was a definite inspiration to me. I feel better already after only a few days of following the advice in this book.
Dr. Ayne’s book is easier to read than Dr. Batmanghelidji’s excellent treatise on the healing values of water. Thoroughly researched and documented, a very good read for anyone interested in improving their overall health.
Very detailed of importance of hydrating with water. Alkaline water to be precise. So many attitudes when looking up alkaline water on the internet, but one thing is for sure I will be drinking more water after reading this!
