I’ve owned this cookbook and my bread machine for decades. I finally got around to reading this. I made the classic white bread, the rye bread and the garlic bread and all were successful and delicious. I can’t wait to try more of the recipes.

every single recipe in here calls for powdered milk. i'm trying to bake as vegan as possible, so these recipes weren't really working for me
