Many say that this book is a great book if you are a fan of the author. Although I can admit I am a huge fan of Manny, there is quite a bit of work and life lessons we can all take away from this book. I closed this one feeling motivated as hell.

Probably a great book to the fans of the author, who is a real estate specialist. A success story about an immigrant that came to the States and worked himself up from the scraps. He is probably a nice person, but this book mostly reads like a blog. Oh, today I did that deal and today I bought this supercar, because I'm awesome. Good for him. I wouldn't really recommend wasting time on reading other people bragging about their cars and good deals they found in the past. Maybe instead go learn something new and/or go find some good deals of your own. If you were expecting this book to have some personal growth ideas, you'll probably find it lacking. But clearly - real estate can be a career option.

Most definitely worth the read as a fan of Manny. If you don’t know who Manny is, it probably won’t be the best book. Manny talks about his road to success and enduring all the challenges as an immigrant. Very inspiring book that has helpful information to apply to real life.

A story of a big picture thinker with passion for life. He's the real deal only complaint is that he's too humble and makes it look too easy but could you expect anything less from a guy as calm confident and classy as Manny? Lots of golden nuggets in here.

I never forget where I came from. Living in a car and digging through garbage bins makes you try hard and develop the right attitude, which is, “Despite the inevitable setbacks, I will never, ever give up. I don’t ever want to go back to that!” (p. 47)

Manny's new book Driven captivated my heart and tells a rags-to-riches story every entrepreneur and ambitious individual can relate to. His success truly is massive, but his authenticity is even more so. You'll end this book feeling inspired, motivated, and ready to conquer the world as Manny proves that a never-give-up attitude and not-afraid-to-get-your-hands-dirty work ethic can overcome every obstacle.

Drinking game: every time the author says me/I/my; take a drink! .....Just kidding, please do not do that because you'll die. I read a lot of books this style with relatively low expectations-my goal is just to get even a slight motivational kick in the butt if nothing else. This book is not a work of art, work of knowledge sharing or anything else a book should be-it's simply a long winded act of egoism. I mean who seriously asks their wife, tenants and business partners to write open ended letters of how awesome the author is to include in the book? Seriously don't wast your time or money....

This book is an autobiography of Manny Khoshbin's life, and it goes into detail about how he reached the level of success he has. There's a little bit of everything in this book; a captivating story, a detailed real estate strategy, and more. As an autobiography, I would expect to read this and feel like I learned a lot about the author and who they are as a person, this book accomplishes that goal with flying colors.

Straight forward read on what it takes to live the entrepreneurial lifestyle. With hard work and DRIVE, any goal can be accomplished. Manny does a wonderful job using himself as an example of the Dos and Donts

I gave it 1 less star becuase some of the information is cliche. Stuff that I have read elsewhere. Be mindful of that when reading self help books!

It's one of the most beautiful books when you are looking for inspiration in life. Easy to read & so, so motivational. For those of you who don't know Manny, check his Instagram profile, and then read the book. Driven people will know the success sooner or later, but definitely!
