I think they did a good job overall however a couple times the editing could have been better and I found myself turning back pages to see what I missed and who specifically I was reading about this time. That part is not always as clear as it could have been.

I enjoyed the both sides perspectives and I truly learned a lot about the battle I didn't know.

I think it's a worthwhile read for everyone wanting something other than the Propaganda end of things.

I wrote this to the authors back in 1993:
"I thought your. Book stunk. Though I am interested in the Lakota. I prefer to read books that are written in complete. Sentences. And paragraphs.
"I wonder. That you are such amazing historians that you have discovered what men think as they. Die.
"Soldiers Falling Into Camp wins my vote for worst book of the year.
"Should you decide to write another novel, please consider hiring an editor to turn your turgid, nightmarish prose into something resembling English."
