A brand-new book in the bestselling Stablemates series featuring an Appaloosa horse!

Shady Glen Stables is full of friends that love to ride horses, but Becky and Hannah don't like each other at all. Hannah is a know-it-all and her horse, Casey, wins every jumping competition she enters. Becky has no blue ribbons because her horse, Stormy, has trouble jumping certain fences - like the ones with flower boxes.

One day Hannah has an accident and cannot ride! This is Becky's chance to win, if she can help Stormy overcome her fear of fences. Although Hannah offers Becky tons of riding advice, it is hard for Becky to admit that little-miss-perfect may be right.

This is another Breyer Stablemates book that is sure to thrill little horse lovers.

Hannah owns an American paint named Csaey say, together they have won many ribbons at competition. Becky owns Stormy, an Appaloosa and has won only a few ribbons. Hannah is quite snobbish and makes fun of Becky and Stormy, as Stormy balks at some of the jumps where they practice at Shady Glen Stables.

Becky determines that she will beat Hannah at the next competition. When Hannah takes a spill and ends up with her foot in a cast a month before the competition, it seems that Becky 's competition is out of the picture.

I will not spoil the story, but little girls who love horses will delight in this book and the many illustrations enhancing the story. They will also learn about patience, encouragement, kindness, dedication to the task at hand, and cooperation.
