I picked up this book as it sounded really interesting as I am about to make my first plunge into investment real estate. No jab at the book but it just wasn't what I was looking for.

It spoke about a lot of various real estate mavericks and the history of their success rather than really teaching me how to apply the principles myself which was what I was looking for.
