This is a version of the biblical story of Noah and the Ark for the very young--a very simplified version. The illustrations are adorable and colorful--guaranteed to be appealing for children. Not to mention the very cool pop-up ark at the end!

One minor spoiler below:

**As a Christian children's worker, I was not impressed with this version, as far as it left out the key, biblical reason for the flood: the wickedness/ sinfulness of humanity and that Noah found favor with God. Even the very young can handle being told that the people were very bad. But this is just my opinion.

This book would still be okay to share with your children and it would be up to parental discretion to bring up the reason or how to answer the "why" question from little curious minds.**
