the title and conceit are a little tough to scan, but the advice is dead-on: adapt to a changing workplace, develop multiple skills and "brand extensions," and be nimble. your survival depends on it. good stuff....
Good advice, albeit quite skewed to the entrepreneurs of this world. Despite all the changes occurring globally, there are still going to be a majority of people employed by companies rather than self employed.
