Read this for the author, but it wasn't worth it. Half assed self help books really aren't my thing.

Seems like a cash grab due to his recent fame. Because Survivor does not allow contestants to talk about the show at all, this book had little information about Rich being on the show. He talked a little bit about after the final tribal council having a wrap party and staying in a nice resort before returning to the States. Other than that, this book is about his life before Survivor, and it's really only about 20 pages of that. The 101 secrets take up most of the book, and Rich seems like he had to strain himself to come up with all 101.

Lots of white space and lots more information that is already been shared in every self-help book ever written.
