This story follows the seeds of rebellion as they flourish into reality in the far future in a remote world. The lone survivors of an alien invasion cower on this mining planet, desperately trying to rebuild a fleet to drive back the aliens. Unfortunatley the government has become a tyrannical mess and the people have had enough of it. The alien threat has been held over their heads for thousands of years, seemingly never getting any closer. The threat of starvation and the pangs of hunger are all too real.
