I read book 1, Hard Hitter last year and it was my 2nd favorite book of the year! It was perfection. Just when I thought Kaylee couldn’t top herself, she did! So many readers wanted a Jett (MMC) and Zoey (FMC) story and she delivered!
Jett is my new book husband, sorry Quinn but Jett has what this momma wants! He reminded me so much of my IRL husband, here’s why!
😂 He’s funny
🥏 He plays disc golf
😊 He is a people pleaser
❤️🩹 He takes care of Zoey in every way possible
🛡️ He’s her knight in shining armor
💪🏻 He’s a strong and loyal friend not afraid to back ya up in a fight
I literally love how romantic and caring they are to one another! The spicy scenes were so good and relatable not cringy in any way! There were so many funny interactions between the main characters and side characters. I was enjoying myself with the banter and relationships between best buds, family, and frenemies!
I can’t wait for book 3, Game Changer! Kaylee, you can’t top this right?!?
Highly recommend this series to readers who love to laugh, appreciate more pop culture references and need that HEA tied up in a neat little bow!

I love just about everything when it came to Crowd Pleaser.
Jett was one of my favorite characters in Hard Hitter, I was so excited that he was getting his own book.
Jett is an adorable, dorky, loyal character. One of my favorites MMC to date.
The chemistry between him and Zoey is off the charts. They are so freaking adorable together. All of their interactions have you swooning one way or another.
Jett and Zoey move slowly at their own pace, but when they get there, they're hot & heavy with loads of sweetness thrown in.
I enjoyed the fact that the author didn't make the entire book about just Jett and Zoey as a whole, that they had their own personal things they had to work out, as well.
Growing up in Michigan, knowing all the "holistic Michigan medicines" I laughed out loud about the Vernor's and chicken & stars soup. Honestly, that's one of the best things about this series.. all the damn Michigan references most people wouldn't understand. I'm so looking forward to more in future books.
How dare Zoey think the Vernor's didn't help her. 😅

I was told that despite not being the first in the series this could be read without the others. I believe that is a huge part in why the characters felt flat and I couldn’t connect. I did not end up finishing the book because I couldn’t care enough about the characters.

Crowd Pleaser by Kaylee Losey, is a contemporary romance set against the backdrop of Christmas in snowy Michigan. It is what I would call a romantic dramedy. Sprinkled between the sweet and serious moments are scenes with dialogue that made me laugh out loud. It follows Jett, a bar owner and all around nice guy from Michigan, and Zoey who is the PR manager for Jett’s best friend. The two met during the events of Losey's previous book, Hard Hitter, which are referenced in Crowd Pleaser, but I had no problem reading this one as a stand alone.
Overall I really enjoyed watching Jett and Zoey’s relationship blossom on the page. The plot isn’t incredibly deep, it’s simply a sweet and spicy romance set around the holidays. I still truly enjoyed every moment of the story, and appreciated the character’s sarcasm and sense of humor. The author’s writing made for a truly entertaining read.
There wasn’t a single character in this book I didn’t like. Jett is pretty much the golden retriever of men wrapped up in a sexy package. Zoey is kind and yet can turn on the sauciness when needed, which I loved about her character. Together they spend a lot of time creating sizzling spicy scenes for the reader to enjoy, and their chemistry is undeniable.
The supporting characters were also interesting and I liked the variety of personalities Zoey and Jett interacted with. It probably helped that many of these characters were making their second appearance in a book, but the author does a beautiful job introducing them to new readers who are maybe coming into this one without having read Hard Hitter.
Overall I gave this book a 4.5 out 5 (rounded up to 5 for review sites). I would give it a 3 out 5 for spice. I truly enjoyed it, and if you’re looking for a sweet but spicy read, this is an amazing option.

This was such a cute winter romance. The main part of the story is centered around Christmas and while important plot points took place in the snow, I wouldn’t consider this a Christmas Romcom. This story felt like it could be written around any month in which there is snow. It was well written, and the romance scenes had a lot of spice. The perfect book to be reading next to the fireplace as snow as falling. I love both the FMC and the MMC. Zoey is a workaholic who lives in LA as a publicist to a talented baseball player. While he goes on vacation to visit his family and friends in Michigan, she decides to also take a break and see if she should explore the feelings she got when she met his best friend, Jett, a few months ago. Jett is a big family man. He loves his brother and sisters, he loves his friends, and he loves running the bar he and his bff Chris own. But there’s something lacking in his life, which is made more apparent when his All-Star baseball player best friend, Quinn, gets engaged to their long-time childhood friend, Rae. He’s not jealous that Quinn gets to be with Rae, but he is jealous that they found someone they can be themselves around and feel loved.
Everyone deserves a Jett Miller in their lives. He is so sweet with his grandparents, the best son, most supportive brother, and a best friend who will always be there when you need him. But as a partner, he really stole the show. His golden retriever personality was exactly what Zoey needed after so many years of taking care of everything and everyone around her. He was able to help her share the load. There were a few editing issues which made me rate it a little lower but overall, it was a nice story. It has me intrigued to read the other book about Quinn and Rae. Hopefully, there will be books about some of the other characters we meet in this book as well. Zoey and Jett are everything as a couple. They just clicked together. They're spicy hot, caring, loyal, stubborn and so funny. They both have amazing friends all around to make things interesting too.
With a few bumps along the way, this one wraps up perfectly at the end! I'm not into sports romance to be honest but definitely loved this one... looking forward to read the previous book.
'Hard Hitter' is the prequel to this book, but you can absolutely read as a standalone. Though I'd recommend reading 'Hard Hitter' first, as it does help with some of the events that are mentioned in the book and also with the characters.

Zoey and Jett met in Hard Hitter (book one of the series). There were instant sparks. Jett is the awkward friend of his group and Zoey is nearly the same. They hit it off right away. Jump to Crowd Pleaser and they have gone about their lives, sort of. Jett wants to reach out but is hindered by his lack of “game” Zoey is just busy. When opportunity arises for Zoey to take a break and head to Michigan she jumps at the chance and calls Jett to see if there really are sparks. As they begin a relationship they must address the growing passion and possible distance.
I loved Zoey. She was strong passionate and driven. She worked hard to keep Quinn’s image as sparkling as she could given his shenanigans. She instantly connects with Jett. They have so much in common. They also point out how much the other gets lost in the shuffle of life.
Jett starts out awkward but soon you see that he just needs to find the right person to be awkward with. Zoey embraces it. Their relationship moves fast, but for them it works. Jett shows Zoey how much of her own life she has put on hold because of her family and job. He encourages her to stop and just be. Jeff is the ultimate book boyfriend.

I am thankful for RMWB for introducing me to Kaylee Losey's Crowd Pleaser. I throughly enjoyed reading Jett and Zoey's story. Both characters have realistic flaws that complement each other. I loved that Jett is insecure and funny. He is a complex character but a simple guy and I loved getting to know him along with Zoey. She is equally complex and simple in her own way. I appreciate them being able to solve their problems like adult with good communication. I can easily see them as real human being living in our world.
The story did lose traction in the middle of it but I was still invested in their lives and relationship. Overall, it was a light-hearted but steamy romance that I would recommend.

“I love you, Future Mrs. Miller”
This couple stole my heart and I cannot resist this magnetism between them. This book can be read as a stand-alone book (this one is the second one)and it is perfect because it could be hurt to wait until the end of Zoey and Jett’s story. Jett is perfect, seriously, he is from Greek legends, and he is from a little girl's dreams about knights and princesses. I enjoyed their relationship and liked to follow their story, and how they interacted with each other. There are no super unexpected plot twists here, I like it because I can just enjoy the relationships of the main characters and the atmosphere, this is a great book to just have a good day and relax. Also, I liked the author’s language and how the author described their body contact, it was really good. I like that the setting for this story is snowy Michigan! Perfect place to find pretty love and make all wishes true.

1. Loyalty - This is an evident theme throughout. Whether it is loyalty to family or friends or both, everyone shows it at some point or another.
2. Spice - Buckle up for the hot scenes with Jett and Zoey 🌶 There is nothing closed-door about them! And trust me when I say that they cannot get enough of each other!
3. Sports Romance - Quinn is not the main male character but is still a prominent figure. I generally have a bit of an aversion when it comes to books that include a sports theme; however, I feel like it was well-handled in this book!
4. Stubbornness - When Jett and Quinn have words later in the story, it is pretty obvious that a simple honest conversation would help solve the issues - why do they always wait?!!
5. Happily-Ever-After - With a few bumps along the way, this one wraps up perfectly at the end! You spicy and sports romance readers will love this one!

Review for crowd pleaser
This was a story filled with all kinds of feel good moments and likeable characters, located in a small town in snowy Michigan. Zoey, whom was the main character, was very easy to relate to and sympathize with. Jett, who is Zoeys love interest seemed like a very down to earth small town guy whom you really wanted to succeed. The plot had many different elements from love, adult spice, friend quarrels, fun dates, and tender moments. Overall it is a very enjoyable read for anyone into romance novel with some very intimate adult scenes. For me personally I could have done with a bit less of the adult scenes as I felt sometimes there was more of that than actually storyline. With that being said it still was an enjoyable read.

I really enjoyed this one! Jett and Zoey were such a sweet duo and I loved getting to see them grow together and individually. The book is actually the second in a series, but it can be read as a standalone. I do think reading the first one before this will help connect with the characters a little more. It had tons of fun banter, cute moments and all the spice. My favorite part of the book was some of the scenes between Jett and Quinn. I really liked their dynamic. I also thought that the book was written in a very mature way, which I appreciated. I definitely think this is one that a lot of romance lovers will enjoy.

Crowd Pleaser is just that - pleasing. I love this book. Jett was the awesome friend in 'Hard Hitter' and I was thrilled to see he would have his own book.

Crowd pleaser by Kaylee Losey is the second book I have read of this author. Its love at first sight, romcom that could be read as a standalone however I recommend that you read the first book in the series Hard Hitter for a better understanding. We meet Zoey and Jett in this funny, romantic spicy story. Jett is a total romantic, loved the way he cared for Zoey. Their banter and interaction was hilarious. I'm so happy that I got to read about Jett and Zoey's HEA.

I absolutely ADORED this book. The instant chemistry between Jett and Zoey was something that someone can only hope for in real life!
Jett Miller is one of the sweetest and most genuine mmc I have read about in a while. He is completely underrated and has a huge heart to show for it.
While this can be read as a standalone, this book is even better if you read the first one, Hard Hitter. Not only is that where you get first glimpses of Jett and Zoey but you also get to know some of the other recurring characters!
I absolutely ADORED this book. The instant chemistry between Jett and Zoey was something that someone can only hope for in real life!

Jett and Zoey connected from day one of meeting and not even distance along with a bit of time and a few awkward texts could keep them apart.
Jett is a sweetheart throughout and always trying to take care of Zo who is so used to taking care of everyone else (felt this one on such a deep level.)
If you like your romance reads with nice guys who also have a protective side for their girl and plentyyy of spice 😏 read it! There's also plenty of Rae & Quinn from the previous book, "Hard Hitter" woven in!

These two are sooo perfect for each other. Their chemistry is off the charts, they banter back and forth and the way the MMC takes care of the FMC will have you swoon. The MMC is a favorite character that you meet in the first book Hard Hitter, he’ perfect book boyfriend and does not disappoint with his very own book. This book is about love at first sight, a holiday romance and ultimately loyalty to one another. I’m not sure how Kaylee plans on topping this book with the third installment but I can’t wait to get my hands on it!

Though as book boyfriends go i prefer Quinn Casey, i thought Jett and Zoeys relationship was way more fun and healthy. I think these two are really cute together and i chuckled a lot while reading this one. There are so many fun side characters in this one that all added a little something extra to it, Ace in particular.
Personally I'm not a fan of couples falling this fast but i did like how they made a point of saying they both knew it but it still just felt right.

I instantly felt a connection to Zoey the hard-working girl, sipping on gin and tonics falling for the businessman she never intended to. Even the hard-working girls need to take time to kick off her heels and fall head over them in love. This book did that and more. I was cheering for her and Jett and frustrated anytime Quinn interrupted for her to get back to work. Work can wait, this book cannot.

Awww Jett and Zoey stole my heart in book 1 and their matching made me so happy! We really got a different side of Zoey this book and I loved that. Jett!! Such an amazing man and we really need more Jetts in the world! This book really got my feelings and I was so happy Jett and Zoey got their HEA. I can't wait for Emersons book!

After reading Hard Hitter, and loving it, I was super excited to dive into this one!
I love Jett and Zoey, their relationship was so sweet and their personalities really complimented each other! Jett is a golden retriever guy and Zoey is such a confident independent woman.
Their story was very relatable, funny and all together heartwarming romance. Plus the perfect amount of smut 🌶🌶😏😏

I was impatiently waiting for this book to be released as I love the first one in the series. This one did not disappoint and I loved it. I really like how the author kept the characters from the first book in most of the second book. The characters were great and the story flowed very well. I can not wait to read the next book in this series!
