Appropriate for pandemic times

Given the uncertainty of recent times more and more face to face i teractions are being conducted on Zoom or simular platforms. But, as a tech novice I was not sure how to do it all. This book explains in very easy to follow steps and i instructions how to downliad zoom, set up meet ups, and navigate the software. I liked that the author used language that was very easy ti understand and made it all so simple. She even includes a chapter on tips and troubleshooting. This is helpful, because at least for me, nothing ever works well or smoothly. So, now I can troubleshoot any common problem that comes up. I look forward to using Zoom to see my relatives over the holidays.

Decent help

I found a few places where the formatting was off, but for the most part the author does a good job explaining zoom meetings.
