Sitting in the DMV with my daughter so she can get a new ID card, and this little book barely made a dent in the wait time.
A stray dog from the city finds itself auditioning to be a sheepdog on a desert ranch with a bully old ewe and lurking wolves. It's a fairly bland adventure, though I was a little perturbed by "the old crazy act" used twice to ward off troublemakers.
