Hairy Bikers

Big hearted, down-to-earth cooks with a love of good food, they have been cooking together for more than twenty years. They have created haute cuisine dishes with Michelin-starred chefs and travelled the world in the pursuit of great food. They've also explored the length and breadth of the British Isles to discover brand new recipes and create their own fresh takes on cooking classics. The stars of several hit television shows, they are the UK's most popular cookery writing duo.

Si and Dave are life-long foodies and passionate cooks; they met through work on the set of a drama (appropriately enough on a Catherine Cookson adaptation) and they take every opportunity they can to pack their panniers and head off in search of authentic culinary and cultural experiences in all corners of the world.

Another superb compilation of recipes from the famous duet... I can't stress enough how easy these recipes are to follow and how they have turned me into a cook!

My son actually called me a legend because my Mince and Dumplings were the best he'd had so far, believe me, that is saying something!!! All thanks to my favourite chefs The Hairy Bikers...

Highly recommended

Very good recipes in this - I have tried a few and it’s super easy to understand and fairly simple dishes to make at home with family and friends

This is a great book to accompany the tv series.

The recipes are really easy to follow and as they were actually recipes from 'mums' they are not too over the top in terms of ingredients and this book is ideal for learning some good wholesome cooking.

I have used many recipes from this book and its a firm favourite of mine.

LOVE this book! just as much as the other. The Recipes are so easy to follow, the food at the end always tastes amazing! Its a shame there wasn't a picture for every recipe as I like to know how it should look once I've finished.

I really liked this cook book! It really showed the love for mums, all mums. The recipes are really varied, not just your usual standard dishes, which makes it all the more special.
