This book is great for introducing preschoolers to their months of the year. This book tells children all of the things that comes with the month of April, including, the season of spring, flowers start to bloom, baseball season starts, and the holidays that are in the month of April. This author also mentions two other months of the year, the month before and after April and introduces children to calendars through great illustrations. This story connects to me personally because I think April is the BEST month of the entire year! I love the weather that comes with the moth of April and the best part, it's my birthday month.
