This series is a complete mess in the best way. Every volume brings more twists and turns. I’m now off to start a campaign to get more people to read this series.

This series continues to be delightfully unhinged . So many secrets and twists and it's hard to know what's true and what's an act. My favorites are still Mamiya and Iori and my ultimate wish is for them to find happiness together. But this series could go in any direction, and I'm along for the ride.

So... Iori is not Seijuro's son, right? Because from his "ability", we can infer Iori is indeed an Alpha, but Beta and Omega couples shouldn't be able to produce Alpha children. Fuck, is he evil grandpa's child? That would make him Mamiya's actual (half-)brother. Hmm...

Also didn't think Yukie had it in her to cheat on her husband. What a family.

Everytime I think this series can't be more messed up it gets more messed up. Also, I am in fact shipping a half uncle and his nephew... so let's all just judge me for a minute.

We close up school election storyline and I am like where do we go from there and then the story is like BAM! You thought this story was already dramatic and messed up? Here lets increase that and I am hooked. Why does my library not have the next volume yet? If this every ends up at half price or thrift books I will buy all of them cause I am obsessed. I love that this Omegaverse series deals so much with the hierarchy and sexism that is deeply ingrained. This family is so messed up, so many people need a hug and therapy and others need jail.

Secrets come out, still so many questions....

Personally felt this was the hardest volume for me to rate thus far, because so much has happened (in a good way) in this volume over such a small span of time, and I feel like parts of it made me stare into space with my mouth open and completely dumbfounded (like the goddamn cliffhanger of an ending???? Only freaking time I might dare say I am intrigued by Senjirou's character :0), and others that made me want to smack my head against a wall till I bash my brains out, because bleach is simply not enough (case in point: how Mamiya gets revealed as an omega to way too many people in a short span of time, or even the whole icky thing that (nearly) went down at the nurse's office).

"Are you scared? Don't be... I'll tumble right into this hell with you."

But yes, genuinely an especially juicy volume that we got from Maki-san, because finally we get a bit more light on the family politics now that the school election arc draws to a close and that bastard finally dies HAHAHA, and a lot of reveals keep happening, for better or for worse. I also genuinely continue to love how intricately linked everything is linked so far and, before we even realise it, the facts are holding us like a noose around the neck: undeniably there, with all the signs being right there (yes, am still reeling over the fact that Seijirou was a freaking beta the entire goddamn time??? Are he and Saimon actually possibly soul mates then???? How the HECK had this guy managed to mark an omega?????).

"Saimon-sama. Your vision is clouded. You know who this man you adore really is, but you look away. Is that what it means to be an omega?"

So... yes, excited for the next volume, to see how these new revelations and cards play out :O This is actually so exciting, and I feel sad for anyone who dropped this book on the first volume because of the (admittedly questionable) topics and/or it might have been "too" melodramatic. I, however, live for this kind of drama.

Bufffff quina passada!!! Girs de guions impensables, secrets que es confessen al llit de mort, però que algú més sent a través de la porta i una relació incipient entre el Mamiya i el Iori que fa tota la pinta que seran soulmates, però s'ensuma en drama. Impossible que això acabi bé, mare meva quin patiment!!!!!
